Alpental Capital (“Alpental”), a Denver-based hotel investment group, announced the acquisition of the Courtyard Atlanta Airport West and has selected Providence Hospitality Partners to manage the hotel. The 128-room hotel is located in East Pointe, Georgia, three miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and just a 10-minute drive from downtown Atlanta. MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide (NYSE: HLT) and Providence Hospitality Partners today announced that construction has started on a new DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in downtown Greeley, Colorado. The new six-story, 147-room DoubleTree by Hilton Greeley hotel and conference center will be located on the former site of the city's Lincoln Park Library, municipal court and Fire Station No. 1.
