CHICAGO - February 19, 2021 - Hyatt Hotels Corporation ("Hyatt" or the "Company") (NYSE: H) today reported fourth quarter 2020 financial results. Net loss attributable to Hyatt was $203 million, or $2.00 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to net income attributable to Hyatt of $321 million, or $3.08 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2019. Adjusted net loss attributable to Hyatt was $179 million, or $1.77 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2020, compared to Adjusted net income attributable to Hyatt of $49 million, or $0.47 per diluted share, in the fourth quarter of 2019.
