Gemstone Hotels Enters Agreement for Conversion of Hotel to the Red Lion Hotel La Junta in Colorado

SPOKANE, Wash., May 26, 2015 -- RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) (NYSE:RLH) today announced the company has signed a franchise license agreement with the owner of a hotel in La Junta, Colorado. "With all of the recent news surrounding RLHC, we believe this brand offers the right platforms and marketing for our hotel," said Rashad Khan of Gemstone Hotels, Inc., the entity which owns the property.
