Remi Van Peteghem is a veteran of multiple Michelin-starred restaurants HANOI, Vietnam (Mar. 21, 2024) — Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has appointed a new Director of Culinary, Remi Van Peteghem, who brings three decades of culinary experience including with numerous Michelin-starred restaurants around the world. Van Peteghem is a member of the Association of Maîtres Cuisinier de France.
