MJM Group to Develop a $20 million, 120-room Residence Inn by Marriott-Charlotte/Steele Creek in North Carolina

(Raleigh, N.C., July 14, 2016) MJM Group, a premier Marriott developer, will develop a new Residence Inn by Marriott-Charlotte/Steele Creek in North Carolina. Midas Hospitality, a St. Louis-based hospitality company, was selected to manage the property. The hotel will be designed by St. Louis' Gray Design with North Carolina's Stimmel Associates as the civil engineer. The hotel is scheduled to be completed by late 2017.
