South Waterfront, Portland, Oregon, September 19, 2023 – Braintree Group, a privately held, vertically integrated, national real estate development and investment firm, announced today the grand opening of the River's Edge Hotel, a Tapestry by Hilton. The newly renovated property is centrally located in the South Waterfront neighborhood overlooking the banks of the Willamette River. The 112-room hotel was originally acquired by Braintree Group in June 2021 and officially joined the Tapestry Collection by Hilton on June 13, 2023.
