The Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort is now open on a secluded half-mile beach in Koh Samui, Thailand WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, HAWAII -- Outrigger Resorts has acquired the AKARYN Koh Samui Resort and Spa, which has been rebranded as the Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort.
