IRVING, TX — March 13, 2024 – Ryan Phillips has been named the general manager of TownePlace Suites by Marriott Denver West/Federal Center. Located at 800 Tabor St, Golden, CO, the hotel is managed by Spire Hospitality. Phillips will oversee all hotel operations, including administration and revenue management. He will also spearhead the property’s mission to provide outstanding guest service. He will report to Steve Neth, Spire Hospitality’s vice president of operations.
