TAIPEI, Taiwan (April 4, 2016) — Grand Hyatt Taipei has tapped a veteran of the hospitality industry in Asia, Sammy Carolus, to lead the property and its 1,000 staff as general manager. Carolus previously was general manager of Thailand's Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. Carolus relocates to Taipei with more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
