(“Watermark” or the “Company”) announces today a series of changes among its senior management team, including the promotions of Samuel Zinsmaster, Brendan Medzigian and Matthew Miller. Samuel Zinsmaster has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, following his accomplishments as Head of Asset Management and previously Head of Portfolio Management for Watermark.
