Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. –  Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa has named Chef Edgar Maldonado as its new Executive Chef. Chef Maldonado will oversee the culinary operation for all seven of the resort’s dining venues as well as banquets. He has more than 27 years of food and beverage experience, including 16 with Marriott International.
