Paradine joins Hotel Indigo Denver with 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Spending the first five years of his career as an operational manager, Paradine moved onto sales for nine years. Most recently, Paradine spent four years as general manager at the Fairfax Marriott in Fairfax, Virginia, where he led the hotel to the top 12 percent in North America for GSS Overall Satisfaction in 2013, 2015 and 2016.
