A veteran of luxury hotel brands and esteemed culinary schools with over 25 years of experience, Wieser will look after the gastronomic development of 18 restaurants and bars across the two resorts. Wieser's first major project will be the launch of a new dining venue that will serve casual Southeast Asian cuisine at Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort's Al Bander hotel.
