February 6, 2015. Orlando, FL— Waramaug Hospitality, a private investment group, announced today the completion of a total renovation of the Sheraton Orlando North property. The 389-room property recently underwent a makeover totaling $4.5 million or $12,000 per room. The work includes all new guestrooms and bathrooms, corridors, club lounge, public spaces and lobby, meeting rooms and conference facilities. The property also upgraded its exterior and landscaping.
