ROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 21, 2015 -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced it has signed an agreement with franchise partner Southern Management Corporation to develop a new Cambria hotel & suites in College Park, MD. The 150-room Cambria property will be located at 8321 Baltimore Avenue and is expected to open summer 2017.
