GUANACASTE, COSTA RICA (April 4, 2019) – Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo has appointed Arnaud Dieutegard as Spa Director of the newly re-imagined spa and wellness center at the luxury resort located on the 1,400-acre (565 hectare) Peninsula Papagayo on the north Pacific coast of Costa Rica.
