Midas Hospitality Acquires 102-Room Staybridge Suites in Independence, Missouri for $9.8 Million

(St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 8, 2016) Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management group, recently purchased the Staybridge Suites Kansas City-Independence for $9.8 million. The 102-room hotel is located at 19400 E. 39th Place South in Independence, Mo. Renovation costs are approximately $1.6 million and include a complete interior renovation along with exterior landscape updates beginning January of 2017.
