Phoenix – October 23, 2015: The Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort has announced the appointment of Chefs de Cuisine for the main restaurants who together bring years of culinary experience, insight and accomplishment to the dining operations at the historic Phoenix resort. Brian Peterson has been named Chef de Cuisine of Wright's at the Biltmore, the resort's signature restaurant.
