ATLANTA, GA - (April 12, 2018) – Atlanta-based Hotel Equities announced its selection as the management firm for a new-build Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott-Toronto East located in Ajax, Ontario. Owned by Attica Hotels Ltd. and developed by Suncity Development Ltd. of Toronto, ON. The 120-room property is scheduled to break ground July 2018.
