Sabre Discloses Hotel Reservations System Security Breach

SOUTHLAKE, Texas – May, 2017 – Sabre disclosed in our May 2, 2017 10-Q filing that we are investigating an incident of unauthorized access to payment information contained in a subset of hotel reservations processed through our Hospitality Solutions SynXis Central Reservations system. We have engaged Mandiant, an independent third-party cybersecurity expert, to support our investigation and have also notified law enforcement.
