ALPHARETTA, Ga., – November 19, 2020 – Today, Hotel Equities announced its selection as the management firm to operate the new-build Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Myers Airport hotel in Florida. The property will boast 101-guest rooms and suites and is being developed by ownership group Shivam Soham, LLC.
