Turks & Caicos property The Palms welcomes Ricardo Carvalho De Matos, as the resort’s newest Director of Food & Beverage.  With over 22 years of experience in hotel-based restaurants, Ricardo brings a wealth of industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to the award-winning, 72-suite luxury resort located on Grace Bay Beach.
