Born in Luxembourg, Laurent Herschbach joined the Ritz Paris in 1997, gradually rising through the ranks, from front desk to Deputy Director of Rooms and, later, Director of Food and Beverage in his 25 years with the hotel. He was fully involved in the reopening of the Ritz Paris in 2016, following a four-year renovation, and has dedicated himself to upholding the House’s quality and sharing its values.
