This year sees the fourth edition of the African HVI, which includes more markets and increasing progress for Africa. Africa is of huge strategic value to the hotel investment sector in terms of business, which is why the global president and CEO of hospitality consultancy, HVS, decided to settle in Cape Town. Stephen Rushmore Jr addressed the THINC Africa conference in Cape Town on global hotel valuation trends.
