NOVUM Hospitality Signs with Toka Immobilien for 170-Key niu hotel in Grenzach-Wyhlen, Germany

In the new year, NOVUM Hospitality is flying high again. Thus, the Hamburg hotel group is expanding to the south-westernmost point of Germany with niu. Together with Toka Immobilien GmbH, NOVUM Hospitality has "put wood behind the arrow" at the turn of the year and is planning a hotel of the young mid-scale brand niu in Grenzach-Wyhlen at "Hörnle 62". The planned niu hotel has 140 rooms and 30 cosy hotel apartments. This brings the number of niu hotels that offer apartments in addition to their smart rooms to nine.
