St. Louis, MO — October 22, 2021 — TownePlace Suites by Marriott, the St. Louis area’s newest extended-stay hotel, is now open in suburban Brentwood, MO. The 128-room property is the first extended-stay hotel in the mid-St. Louis County area to be built in over a decade. The hotel has been developed and is operated by Equis Hotels, LLC in partnership with Rockbridge Capital.
