Urban Denk Appointed as Director of Culinary Innovation and Development for Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts

Urban Denk has been appointed Director Culinary Innovation and Development. In his future role he will develop new standards at the Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Denk, a multiple-award winning Executive Chef will now be looking to position Steigenberger as a F&B leader. Urban Denk will report directly to Jürgen von Massow, Vice President Operations Steigenberger Business Hotels. His cross-departmental remit will extend to cover all 54 Business and Resort Hotels.
