JOHANNESBURG (July 2019) -- Valor Hospitality South Africa, a subsidiary of Valor Hospitality Partners, which owns and operates 75+ hotels across the globe, has been selected to manage Lucid Ventures’ new hotel brand, Home* Suite Hotels. Lucid Ventures, the R350M Cape Town-based hotel fund, launched Home* Suite Hotels in May 2019 -- opening the first hotel on the corner of Oxford and Bristol Roads in central Rosebank. Lucid Ventures will open more locations in Johannesburg, Sea Point, Gardens and De Waterkant in Cape Town over the next 24 months.
