Avison Young Hospitality Group is pleased to highlight Victor Kalyanji and Wendy Blissett, who are located in the Avison Young Atlanta office. Kalyanji, a senior hospitality broker in the capital markets group, has more than a decade of experience in hotel ownership, development and management. In his current role, he is focused on single asset and portfolio sales. Prior to joining the hospitality group, he owned and operated independent and franchised hotels in, Alabama, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio.
