Fong, who brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to the position, officially began his new appointment on October 26, 2015. During his most recent tenure as Hotel Manager at Westin Maui, Hawaii, William oversaw the performance and operations of the 760 room resort. Prior, he served in several senior positions at St. Francis and St. Regis Hotels, San Francisco, California. He left St. Regis as Hotel Manager in 2014.
