Germany’s NOVUM Hotel Group Completes Acquisition of the Winters Hotel Company

Hamburg, 28 August 2015 - The NOVUM Hotel Group, one of the leading hotel groups in Germany, and the Winters Hotel Company have finally reached an agreement for a full share transfer, a deal that was in progress since the beginning of 2015. Through the merger, the NOVUM Hotel Group now operates 55 hotels with over 4,400 hotel rooms across Germany.
