HONG KONG, Sept. 29, 2016 -- Cachet Hotel Group (CHG) announced today the signing of a management agreement with real estate developer Wuhan King Land Co. Ltd. for the dual-branded Cachet Hotel Apartments and URBN Boutique Hotel in Wuhan, China. Set in the economic, cultural and transportation hub of Central China, the dual-branded property will include 196 rooms, multiple restaurants, and social gathering spaces. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2018 and marks CHG's first dual-branded project in Wuhan.
