LONDON — August 13, 2021 — STR’s preliminary July 2021 data shows Berlin with its highest performance levels since the start of the pandemic.

  • Occupancy: 48.5%
  • Average daily rate (ADR): EUR75.80
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): EUR36.76

 

The absolute occupancy and RevPAR levels were the highest for any month in Berlin since February 2020, while the ADR level was the highest since October 2020.
