PALM BEACH, ARUBA – February 2023 – Kristofer Bremström has been appointed complex director of food and beverage at Aruba Marriott Complex. In this new role, Bremström is tasked with overseeing the business and operating budget plans to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, menu development, sales potential, and work hand in hand with the complex executive chef, Andres Davila, to lead all food and beverage, culinary, banquet and events operations for the complex, which includes the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino, Marriott Aruba Surf Club and Marriott Aruba Ocean Club.
Bremström brings nearly two decades of culinary and hospitality experience from across the globe to this position, including time at respected hospitality brands, such as Marriott and Hilton. Prior to joining the team at the Aruba Marriott Complex, Bremström called Hong Kong home, serving as the director of food and beverage at the five-star Conrad Hong Kong, and before that, the Harbour Grand Kowloon. Before residing in Asia, Bremström held executive positions with Marriott’s Le Meridien Abu Dhabi and Sheraton Stockholm.

Bremström studied hospitality management at the Örebro University in his homeland of Sweden, where he developed his expertise in wines and spirits, a combination of wine and food as well as business economics. He then attended Stockholm University, where he received his Masters in Economics. Before beginning his career in hospitality, Bremström traveled the world as a cyclist. His athletic achievements include a Swedish cup, a gold medal in the Swedish Championships team and the selection to the Swedish National Team.
