ORLANDO, Fla. – September 2, 2015 – A new series of e-books providing an in-depth look at cutting-edge technologies available to hotels has been announced by Intelity, creator of the ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) guest services platform. The first, titled “Introducing Tablets to Hotel Guest Rooms,” provides information and advice about outfitting hotel rooms with tablets.
The e-book series is being released at a time when hotels are increasing technology budgets to match current industry demands, with nearly 5% of revenue going toward information technology needs on average.
