Classic Hotels & Resorts engaged with SHR in 2014 when their properties were in need of a call center user interface to streamline their reservations center. The Call Center UI provided via WindsurferCRS proved to be a good fit for portfolio, so the Classic Hotels & Resorts team decided to begin migrating CRS activity to the Windsurfer platform in 2015. Currently, three of the four Classic properties have completed the migration to WindsurferCRS.
