Global Sales Leader for iRiS Software Systems Ltd Appointment Bolsters Global Sales & Marketing and Expansion in the Americas
London, February 29, 2016 – iRiS Software Systems Ltd, the global market leader in guest facing technology providing an intelligent guest experience platform and an innovative suite of applications for the hospitality industry is very happy to announce the appointment of Mark Holzberg as Chief Global Sales Officer & GM, The Americas.
Mark brings to iRiS over twenty years of experience building and running sales organisations, business units and companies in the hospitality technology space. His varied experience includes serving as CEO of Lorica Solutions, a leading edge IP technology and hospitality managed services company; leading XETA Hospitality Solutions, a strategic business unit of XETA Technologies, an enterprise communications and network managed services company ultimately acquired by Windstream; leading Swisscom’s hospitality business in the Americas and its global managed services; and serving as TravelCLICK’s first CFO during a period of explosive growth.
At iRiS, Mark will oversee, direct and manage the Company’s overall global sales and marketing organisation, including the major accounts group, regional field sales, account management, sales strategy and marketing. He will also have responsibility for expanding and managing iRiS’s business in the America’s, and will continue to be based in the US.
