CHARLOTTE, North Carolina – May 27, 2016 – Clear Sky Software, Inc. ® announced today that the company’s beverage inventory system has been selected by the Oakland Marriott City Center for controlling all beverage inventory coming into the hotel. Clear Sky BEVERAGE was recently installed and the users are off and running with new tools for tracking beverage inventory. Clear Sky BEVERAGE is a comprehensive, perpetual inventory system that tracks and controls all beverage products to include beer, liquor, wine, and certain non-alcoholic products. Software modules include purchasing, receiving, transfers/issues, returns and physical inventory. Other features will allow hotel executives to report product fast-movers, slow-movers, cost variances, and order/vendor discrepancies. An expanded event management module is also part of the core system installed at the hotel. This bar code-based software, hardware, and services combination will offer benefits of decreased time & labor, increased accuracy & efficiency, better inventory control and lower beverage costs in the beverage department.
