Noble House Hotels & Resorts has chosen to create a hotel brand mobile app with Intelity, the leading provider of mobile guest engagement solutions for hotel brands and group.
ORLANDO, Fla. – June 28, 2016 – Travelers looking for a modern hotel experience and total control over their stay will enjoy using a new mobile app from Noble House Hotels & Resorts. The new hotel brand app was developed and delivered by Intelity, creator of the leading hospitality guest engagement and service platform in the world.
Downloadable to iOS or Android mobile devices, the Noble House app allows guests at the brand’s 17 properties to place requests or find the information they need to enhance their stay.
This is the third hospitality brand app released this year alone by Intelity.

The app was built on Intelity’s ICE (Interactive Customer Experience™) platform, which provides both guest-facing and back-end enterprise features to benefit hotel guests and management alike.
Guests can navigate a customized menu of information and services for either the entire brand or each individual property, such as room reservation booking, room service ordering, and transportation information, for end-to-end experience management through a single mobile portal.
A standout feature allows users to contact a meeting planner or butler through the app to help facilitate event management. The app also allows for direct messaging to a concierge for more specific requests.
All guest requests are instantly registered into the ICE Control System, which offers operational functionality and full integration into the Property Management Systems. Hotel management and staff can enjoy content control, direct marketing and messaging, and access to analytics about guest usage and staff performance, among other system tools. An included ticket management system, Intelity’s Request Manager, also provides the ability to assign and track requests through fulfillment.
