235-room Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn slated to open in Woburn Landing
WOBURN, M.A. (Jan. 29, 2018) – Concord Hospitality Enterprises has broken ground on its first property in the Greater Boston area, the dual-branded Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn – Woburn M.A. Working with partners Madison Properties and Whitman Peterson, Concord is the lead developer and will manage the property. Group One Partners will serve as the project architect, with Callahan Construction as the general contractor.
Upon completion in late 2019, the dual-branded property will feature 235 guest rooms. The Homewood Suites will include 103 fully equipped suites with kitchens for long-term guests, along with separate living and sleeping areas. The Hampton Inn will have 132 guest rooms, offering the latest upgrades for value-conscious and quality-driven travelers. The hotel will share some amenities including an indoor pool, exercise room and 602 square feet of meeting space.

The Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn – Woburn M.A. is a major part of the much anticipated, $55 million Woburn Landing project. The development will feature new restaurants and businesses, all conveniently accessible from the city’s public transportation system. It is expected to create approximately 200 new jobs and bring $1 million in annual tax revenue to the city.
