Denver, Colo. (Nov. 4, 2019) – The Denver Marriott Tech Center is pleased to announce that Alexis Martinez is now serving as Executive Chef.
Chef Martinez started his culinary career as a busboy at Arizona’s Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, where he quickly rose up through the ranks to ultimately serve as Chef de Cuisine. He came to Denver to serve as the Executive Chef of the Loews Denver Hotel and most recently served as the Senior Sous Chef at the Sheraton Denver Downtown.
Chef Martinez is creating new menus for all of the food & beverage outlets at the Denver Marriott Tech Center, including the hotel’s 50,000 square feet of contemporary meeting space, M Lounge, Corvis Coffee and in-room dining. He is also responsible for the Pint Brothers Alehouse, the hotel’s stand-alone restaurant that features an indoor beer garden pouring an eclectic collection of small craft beers, seasonal brews and tasting flights. Pint Brothers serves an honest menu of mastered comfort classics, including burgers, salads, sandwiches and flatbreads.
“Chef Alexis is passionate leader with a strong work ethic and we are very excited to have him help us to elevate the culinary experience offered here at the Denver Marriott Tech Center,” said General Manager Mike Case.
