Avison Young Hospitality Group is pleased to highlight Victor Kalyanji and Wendy Blissett, who are located in the Avison Young Atlanta office.
Kalyanji, a senior hospitality broker in the capital markets group, has more than a decade of experience in hotel ownership, development and management. In his current role, he is focused on single asset and portfolio sales. Prior to joining the hospitality group, he owned and operated independent and franchised hotels in, Alabama, Georgia, Illinois and Ohio.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a member of the Asian American Hotel Owner’s Association (AAHOA). Originally from Ohio, Kalyanji and his family have lived in Georgia for more than nine years. During that time, he has been involved in many hotel transactions.
Blissett, a senior hospitality broker in the capital markets group, has a wide range of experience in individual hotel assets, as well as complicated portfolio transactions valued over $100 million. Prior to joining the hospitality group, she worked for a hotel brokerage where she executed nearly every type and size of disposition transactions.
She began her career in commercial real estate with an Atlanta-based hotel brokerage firm in 1994, concentrating on client relations, sales support and hotel market research.
