Chef Biswas was trained in France in classic French Cuisine under Bocuse d’Or winner and a Meilleur Ouvrier de France champion Chef Franck Putelat in his Two-Star Michelin restaurant.

Coming to Wyoming was an easy transition for Chef Biswas, as he thrives in quieter atmospheres where he can really focus on his team and the cuisine de terroir.
