TANNERSVILLE, Penn. – With over 13 years of innovative hospitality experience including property and business management positions at prestigious resorts throughout the U.S., Gaman Guadagni has been appointed vice president of operations at Camelback Resort, a KSL Resort nestled in the Pocono Mountains, Penn.
Guadagni’s appointment includes supervising all operations (excluding food and beverage and the resort’s arcade) connected with Camelback Lodge, an eight-story modern mountain hotel with 453 guest suites. In addition, he helms the running of Pennsylvania’s biggest outdoor waterpark, Camelbeach, the resort’s year-round Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and Camelback Mountain Adventures, including snow sports, its famous mountain coaster and zipline adventure courses, as well as the resort’s vast variety of seasonal activities.

Most recently, Guadagni served as vice president of operations (hotel, food and beverage, retail and outdoor recreation) for Aramark -Yosemite Hospitality, which included multi-property oversight for Majestic Hotel, Yosemite Valley Lodge, Half Dome Village and several other Yosemite National Park hospitality entities in California. He was responsible for the accuracy and predictability of each unit’s financial performance and for leading staff in career development, while always striving to provide an engaging and dynamic work environment.
Prior to his position at Yosemite, Guadagni was vice president luxury hotel operations and general manager at Nobu Hotel in Las Vegas, where he oversaw all aspects of The Villas at Caesar’s Palace, the 48 penthouses and 182 luxury guest rooms. His previous experience with Caesars Entertainment was serving as director of hotel operation at Harrah’s, also in Las Vegas. Earlier in his career, Guadagni held various positions working with Four Seasons hotels and resorts in Atlanta, Maui, Westlake Village, California, and Scottsdale.
Guadagni has a Master of Business Administration degree from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business, Tempe, Arizona, and holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and sociology earned at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. In 2018, he was given an Aramark Star of Excellence Award and in 2016 was included in Poets & Quants Best MBA listing. He is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and Arabic.
