Fort Worth, TX – September 20, 2016 – Wellness industry pioneer Canyon Ranch announced today the appointment of Onur Kademoglu to Director of Sales and Marketing of its first international destination in Turkey – Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort at Kaplankaya. Effective immediately, Kademoglu will be working out of the brand’s new Istanbul headquarters and will work closely with the Kaplankaya team.
Kademoglu brings more than a decade of sales and marketing experience to Canyon Ranch. Through his work at Canyon Ranch Wellness Resort at Kaplankaya, Kademoglu will continue to support the brand’s mission toward global wellness. He will spearhead Kaplankaya sales, marketing and public relations initiatives on behalf of Kaplankaya, and promote the overall Canyon Ranch brand on an international scale.
Most recently, Kademoglu served as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah in Istanbul, where he lead his team in implanting sales and marketing initiatives, sales visits, road shows and public relations activities. Kademoglu also has worked with Kempinski Hotel Barbaros Bay in Bodrum as Director of Sales & Marketing; The Istanbul EDITION as Sales Manager; The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul as Assistant Group Sales Manager; and Ceylan InterContinental, Istanbul as Group Coordinator. He has assisted in bringing hotels and resorts to a global scale through brand representation at various international events in USA, South America, UK, Germany, France, UAE and more. Following his education in tourism administration Bogazici University in Istanbul, Kademoglu also worked for Turkish Airlines.
