AUSTIN, Texas — Micah Green, President & CEO of Tailos, announced the addition of Edie Lowe as Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Lowe will oversee the strategic growth efforts of Tailos in the hotel and hospitality sectors.
“We’re excited to welcome Edie to the Tailos team,” said Green. “Edie has a proven track record of long-term success in the industry, in addition to the strong relationships she has formed with hotel partners and industry experts, .which will surely drive the growth of our company. I am very focused on building a world-class team to see our vision through and I know our current team will benefit from Edie’s leadership as an experienced, dedicated, and supportive industry resource. I am confident that Edie will create additional opportunities to grow the business.”
Lowe led the strategic growth efforts for Hotel Effectiveness and most recently Actabl and came highly recommended by several industry veterans. She began her career as a hotel general manager and has 30-plus years of professional experience, bringing a deep understanding of the hospitality industry to the Tailos team.
“AI and Robotics intrigue me and I see this as the next move to enhance the housekeeping experience,” said Lowe. “Housepersons and Room Attendants love Rosie, after all, vacuuming is not their favorite task. Hotels are short-staffed and turnover is high, the robot is meant to free up staff to focus on other tasks that will improve guest service scores. Operators will know with confidence that the space was vacuumed. I am looking forward to leveraging my hospitality industry experience with the Tailos team and growing the business.”
