DALLAS, TX – April 7, 2022 – Fairmont Dallas welcomes a new member to their staff as spring 2022 begins, Edward Searle has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage.

Reporting to the Hotel Operations Director, Searle will oversee all Food & Beverage operations at Fairmont Dallas. He most recently worked as Director of Food & Beverage at Hilton Granite Park Hotel in Plano, Texas, and prior to that, he was the Restaurant General Manager at Palomar Hotel, Restaurant General Manager at Marie Gabrielle Restaurant, and Director of Food & Beverage at The Warwick Melrose Hotel, all in Dallas, Texas. Searle brings over 20 years of hotel and free-standing food and beverage and leadership to his new position.

Fairmont Dallas is located in the heart of the Dallas Arts District with 545 guest rooms, a rooftop terrace complete with garden and Junior Olympic sized pool, and 70,000 square feet of meeting space.
