GARDEN GROVE (October 15, 2019) – Great Wolf Lodge Southern California, part of the largest family of indoor water park resorts in North America, is proud to announce the appointment of Shannon Hernandez as Executive Chef.
Hernandez brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the family friendly resort and is responsible for overseeing the property’s culinary initiatives, including on-property restaurant Lodge Wood Fired Grill, which offers premium, wood-fired steaks, freshly caught seafood, lodge smoked ribs, kid-friendly favorites like mac ‘n cheese, and more.
