ALPHARETTA, Ga., – November 19, 2020 – Today, Hotel Equities announced its selection as the management firm to operate the new-build Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fort Myers Airport hotel in Florida. The property will boast 101-guest rooms and suites and is being developed by ownership group Shivam Soham, LLC. The hotel will be a first choice for travelers to the Southwest Florida region because of its proximity to Southwest Florida International Airport. The anticipated opening date is scheduled for early 2021.
