It’s been over a year since the inaugural event of The Hospitality Show, and we are excited to head back this week, to reconnect with hotel owners, operators, management companies, investors, developers and others across the industry.
It’s been a great time for our industry, with room demand at an all-time high (STR). Hotel average daily rate (ADR) is projected to grow by 4.9% in the next 12 months (Siteminder), and the projected growth of the global hospitality market is set to soar to a staggering $5,816.66 billion by 2027. Industry jobs are finally rising above pre-pandemic levels. Lodging Econometrics projects that 664 hotels and 79,286 rooms will open by the end of 2024. It’s the perfect time to gather together and recognize how far we have come, and explore the possibilities ahead.
